Shanghai Mobile plans to purchase 6500 sets of passive wavelength division equipment

Shanghai Mobile started the centralized acquisition project of passive wavelength division equipment in 2021, and plans to purchase 6500 sets of passive wavelength division equipment, which are divided into the following equipment:

3200 sets of 6-wave short range equipment

800 sets of 6 wavelength range equipment

2000 sets of 12 wave short range equipment

500 sets of 12 wavelength range equipment

The project plans to sign a framework procurement contract, which is valid from the effective date of the contract to September 30, 2021, or when the framework reaches the upper limit of the amount or the new centralized procurement result is announced.

The number of successful bidders in this project is 4, and the corresponding shares of each successful bidder are 40%, 30%, 20% and 10%.

Maximum bid price limit for the project: the bidder shall quote a unified discount rate according to the product price limit, and the discount rate shall not be greater than 100%. If the bid price exceeds the maximum bid price limit, it will be rejected. See the bid price list for details.

The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bidding products and shall not accept the bidding from OEM or agent.

The electronic bidding documents can be obtained from 19:00 on May 17, 2021 to 17:00 on May 24, 2021, and the deadline for bidding is 10:00 on June 7, 2021.
